This product is aminoglycoside broad-spectrum antibiotics, antibacterial spectrum and neomycin similar. The main Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Pneumonia Bacillus, Enterobacter aerogenes and Shigella caused by serious infection, the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus also has a good antibacterial effect. Clinically, it is mainly used for pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, biliary tract infection, sepsis and abdominal infection caused by sensitive bacteria, and the latter two are often used in combination with other antibacterial drugs. Can also be used for other antibiotic resistance and sensitive to this product of Staphylococcus aureus infection. For the treatment of tuberculosis, this product can be used as a second-line drug.
This product mainly binds to the 30S subunit unit of bacterial ribosome and inhibits the synthesis of bacterial protein.
